BG in android vs iphone

I want to address a issue that I haven't seen her so far it's the difference in a fight in BG in a iphone and Android.
Recently I played in a Iphone and the fight starts with a time 1:55 but the android the time left it's 1:40 but mainly problem is that the even if I do the fight with 20 seconds, the time will add a little of the loading that I miss
Could the time of the fight ( the one who has value) only starts hein the fight really start?

    It’s just a visual bug.

Mcoc is better suited to iOS in general in terms of loading times, but as others have said, you probably have a slow phone. The good thing is the timer should be counting from when you enter the match, so even though you came in at 1:40 instead of 1:55, if you finish at 1:10 it should be 30 seconds and not 45 seconds.

I am not sure about that but having less time to try to deal as much damage as I can seems unfair. Is there some reason it can't just start the clock after the run in countdown thing happens?

I don't make the rules, I just understand how it works. While less total time is pretty unfair, kabam is trying to keep the rounds within 2 minutes. Having the timer start at 2 minutes could also create a lot of exploits to the gamemode. For example, when you close the game or it crashes and you reopen it it restarts the fight with the remaining time remaining. However, if it was set to start at 2 minutes when the fight starts, you can in theory get infinite resets since the timer completely restarts.

This can also cause people to just run scripts that will keep the game open for 30 seconds and then close and reopen it to keep their opponent permanently locked into the round unless they forfeit. These exploits are things to take into consideration.

Now before you say, then why don't they code it to have it happen only once? Remember, debuff detox war tactic has been out for 4 seasons now and they finally decided to start fixing the bug with it right before the current season started.

For now it is probably best to keep the server in charge of the clock even if people lose a potential 15 seconds off their time due to their devices performance.

Just going to add some info here. There are actually 2 fight timers. One is 120 seconds long. You will never get into a fight and get more than basically 1 Minute 55 Seconds to complete your fight. There is also a second timer that I believe is roughly 132 seconds long. This is how long the game mode is willing to wait for you to deliver a fight result. It is a few seconds longer specifically to account for differences in device loading times. When the fight starts, the timer you see is the shorter of the two. If your device or your internet has a slow enough loading time, you basically won't get the full 2 minutes to complete a fight. If this happens, your Fight Duration scoring Metric is not affected but you obviously do have a little less time to complete the fight.

I think it depends on the device.

On a high end Android device from 2020, the game loads at 1:52 to 1:55

Generally that is true. However I play the game on a Motorola edge 20 and my loading times are only 3 seconds. Sometimes 4 if on 4g. While that is a midrange phone at best. The only thing I miss over iphones are some animations.
But even some high end android phones sometimes have 4-5 second load times.
