Timing Issues Back Again

How is it possible that the timing was fine for a while now then all of a sudden a couple days ago it’s so delayed again. I’m missing parries, missing dex’s, getting parried when punishing heavies and specials.. It’s screwing me over everywhere and especially in war and battle grounds where every point counts it really hurts.
