1. It would be nice to be able to see a ticker on how many wars we have run in a season. Currently there isn't a way to tell how many your alliance has participated in.
2. It would also be nice to be able to tell how many wars each person in the alliance has participated in so that officers know who has enough for rewards and who doesnt.

Well, up to 10 wars can be seen at a time in the History. And can tell where the cutoff time was between previous off-season and start of current season by the extra 30,000 points added for a Win (those points only added for an in-Season War).
The Detailed Participation in those 10 History wars can be seen to tell who participated.
“How many wars each person has participated in”…
In one lump sum grand total screen, nope (although that would be a nice addition for both AW and AQ).
But each person can track themselves (if they want), by opening ALL of their Victory/Defeat Crystals *just prior* to a new Season starting.
And then *not* opening them again during the Season.
That way, people can just add up the # of Victory and Defeat Crystals they currently have, to track their progress during a Season.
