When do these expire?

Hey I was wondering when do these expire?Because they are much appreciated but it had caught my right after I leveled up and waiting to rank up now. I would like to take advantage of the grace period in the message rather than the vault.

usually iso expires in 29 days if I'm not mistaken, 12 or 14 days for the energy

Basic ISO. Best thing you can do with that is sell it.

Energy is 14 days. After you collect it. Iso is 30 days. But you have until the timer expires on the mail to collect it to extend the days if im not mistaken

The point OP is making I believe is that the timers on the reward tab and in the mail are very different. The reward timer expires in less than a day and the mail says we have more than 3.5 weeks or so left to claim it. The problem with this is that if it works the way it has in the past the mail will disappear from our mailbox before the timer on it expires so if you didn't claim it before it expired from the rewards tab you can't claim it when the mail disappears.

I have no idea how long mail stays available but I believe different ones last for different periods of time that have never been disclosed. You can't trust the timer on the mail to indicate that the mail will remain viewable for that whole time period. You are safest to claim it before it leaves the rewards tab I believe.
