Act 1 Chaper 6

I am a new player, act 1 chapter 6 doesn’t have a final boss? It says error occurred, hero is not found? I can not complete the quest and move on in the game.

    Act-1 doesn’t have Chapters, do you mean Quest # ?? And is it quest 2, or quest 6 ?

    Do you get error message “Hero Not Found” ? (per another post about Act-1 final Boss, but they said it resolved itself for them).

    Also, there are no Portals in Act-1 there, so are you talking about another Act or monthly quest ? There is a “branch” to decide which direction to go (left or right), but not teleport portals (jump gates).

    Can you screenshot what is there ?
