It says that my champ is currently in a quest but they are not. AQ is over, I have not joined AW and I am not in a regular quest. So when I go to the relic it is locked from unbinding, ranking up, or leveling up the slot. It's happening to two of my champs who I most recently used over 3 hours ago in the monthly quest.
