Iceman and astral evade

Mordo's astral form ensures that every ability properly activates, resisting against Ability Accuracy effects.
With that in mind how come iceman can stop astral evade? Or am I missing something?

Yes I am aware that it's the coldsnap but why does that override the fact that every ability properly activates?

Coldsnap blocks evade. Coldsnap is not an ability accuracy debuff, so Mordo cannot resist it.

Ability accuracy effects are effects that change the chance for something to occur. Coldsnap doesn't reduce Mordo's chance to evade to zero, it simply negates the ability completely.

Directly reducing his evade chance is not considered an ability accuracy modifier.
So Iceman and Agent Venom work against Mordo
