So if I already opened all my banquet crystals but I can’t contribute to the event for a few more days for my alliance will the pints I earned in solo carry over once I’m eligible to contribute to alliance?

I dont think so no. So you'd have to wait.

Sorry, unfortunately no.
Only additional crystals that you buy or open *after* reaching your 14 day lockout.

Fortunately, the required points for ALLY Event are only 34,000 (not as high as the Solo Event milestones). And there are still more GBC's to come from Ally Event once eligible and Calendar, which will count a little (1000 x5 + x4).
