Hence the reason they don't want to give timelines. Also the reason I said they updated us on a Thursday.
To be honest all these post and threads only live and continue to pop up because they don’t give any real answers. Everything in this game has a set payout time and day and when it doesn’t come on those days and times it’s because something got messed up, so if they let people know straight up hey things are messed up but we shooting for X day not later than Y day and done. No communication doesn’t help anything period.
@Demonzfyre So you’re saying once we got that update these threads didn’t die down? Yeah they did and why because they communicated. Have they communicated much about anything that’s been going on in the game? No and that’s what’s causing all the frustration and attacks
I own a business and if a client expects the product this day and I don’t have it ready I contact them and let them know what’s going on and when they can expect the product. I don’t go days after hoping they forget or wait for them to contact me because it’s bad business. When you don’t contact them and they have to contact you it creates more issues that could have been avoided with simple communication.

They actually don't die down, there is a problem many people experience called inability to read. Even when kabam has a notification in bright yellow on the top of forums, people still create threads about said thing in the banner.
Although I do expect it to be Friday, having mods saying “It won’t be today” also goes a long way with simple communication. It’s not an eta, it’s not a timeline but then at least people know to look out for an update instead of creating a million threads.

If said announcement comes 1 day after the event ends, it will still be slow for some people and we will still find a reason to complain. And what happens if, for any reason, they cant deliver on said time? It creates another problem. We as a community have this idea that problems are easy to solve, and communication is easy to deliver.
You need to understand that innacurate communication can create a bigger problem or even a different kind of problem that itself with need solving, and it will be a different solution that can create different expectations, you know what a snowball effect is, right?
We "expect" problems to be solved fast, and some, if not most of the times, that is unrealistic. We also expect instant gratification, again un realistic. We expect immediate communication about a problem that is difficult to solve, again unrealistic.
They haven't communicated anything because simply there is nothing to communicate. When they have info to share, they will share it. All you can do right now is wait for an official announcement.

No, they didn't die down because the comment was made in a single thread and this community for the most part doesn't read anything and creates new threads without looking for information. I don't have a clue what you're referencing about communication and what's going on with the game either.

Well... Not all businesses are run the same and Kabam doesn't have a date listed as when rewards are supposed to be issued so your comparison is apple's to apple's.

Come on Kabam is not a small business and new to this game and it’s a well known fact communication is bad. Yet we have a few people who protect the nonsense that goes on regularly. A larger part of the community has a lot of the same issues and the same complaints so no way am I gonna listen to those few who try and act like they do no wrong. Good communication is always key in any good relationship.
It doesn’t have to be inaccurate communication never said that but some type of communication to acknowledge your player base and let them know they are being heard and things are being worked on and when they will have some solid information. What don’t you understand?

I don't know about that... There is already an established cadence of Rewards releasing after the end of the event. That cadence is that it takes a few days after the event ends for us to clean the leaderboards and send them out. Players know to expect this, and there is no need for us to comment on it every time.
The forums also aren't really the space for this, and expecting that your one question amongst the sea of comments is pretty unrealistic. A community team is not the same thing as a Customer Service team. If you require one on one attention, you can reach our Support team in-game through our Support menu.
