Skipped reward on banquet solo

Hi my reward tier jumped from tier 2 alpha catalyst straight to tier 5 basic catalyst missing the 15000 6* shards. I can't claim the 6* shards and still have the same amount as before. What do I do?

    Scroll thru the list of milestones, if you missed claiming one you can still claim it.

    Or also, go to your STASH - REWARDS. That's where any unclaimed stuff is at as well.
