I come through this to apologize for the inconvenience caused by me, where I did not meet the gameplay criteria in the tournament.
But I would like to know if there is a possibility to regain access to my kabam account in the game. However, there was a breach of the rules on my part, and I was penalized with a ban for 30 days. I apologize again.

But I ask you to reconcile your decision and revoke the ban.
