Never received Summoner Advancement rewards

in Bugs and Known Issues
I am still waiting on my Summoner Advancement rewards. Is there a bug we’re some people have received them and others have not?

    Noone has received them yet. They are aware and working on it, as it seems.

    Is there an issue as the alliance I’m in didn’t receive the summoner advancement for 12-29-22 and when I looked in completed alliance quests it’s been removed completely as of last night
