You didn’t wait until your timer was up and most of your points were earned when you weren’t eligible for the alliance event. This is not a bug.

No MrSakuragi, I was told that my rewards are all available after 13 days. It wouldn't have been a mistake if he had said it wouldn't be taken. In normal events, you can get it when the day comes.

It’s 14 days and there is a very visible timer.

No, any POINTS you try will NOT count toward Alliance Event until after that 14 days.
Any points you do beforehand will NOT be added when you reach that 14 days.
Your points start out at ZERO at day 14. Only additional points will count.
