GGC rewards missing?

I popped 7 GGC after receiving the 4 GGC in today's calendar. After hitting the button to pop all 7, the connection went bad. I had difficulty logging back in. When I logged back in, the 7 GGC were gone. I don't know if I received anything from those crystals.

I had the same problem I don’t photo but when I went to pop my 4 free crystals earlier I had connection problems and I closed the app and opened it again but when I went to the crystals I only had 2 of ggc so now I don’t have those crystals they disappeared from my account and I need those last crystals to get the awaking gem

Check your Stash to see if any new items (Cats or Items) at the very back end of the expiration timeframe.
Or else if you remember how many high level Cats you had in Inventory (if below the max that they overflow to stash).

As for @Cloak_Xo , your separate post showed you within 2000 pts of Solo 80,000 for Awakening Gem. And if you say you still have 2 of the original 4 GBC's still unopened, then when you open those you would exceed the 80,000 AG milestone.
Not sure why a Crash on opening multiple crystals would have only *partially* opened only some of them. But anything earned from openings that crashes normally do actually reward the stuff, even though you couldn’t see what it was (and if Hero's those can be seen in the Alliance Feed pane of Hero Pulls).
