I have hercules and immortal hulk on my story team, but the incredible substitute synergy never appears or activates. Am I doing something wrong?

    It only adds to your in-fight strengths, not your persistent charges.

    I understand. It never shows up as a choice in synergy menu, or as active in synergy icons with the two on my team
