Hello everyone, the question is:
I cannot change the status of the union from closed to open for the third day. Knocks out the error "Problems with the network". But I'm fine with the network, I can vouch for that!
The interval between screenshots is at least 18 hours.

Beware, having an OPEN alliance has been sending a lot of very new players to stronger alliance the last several days.

Like players who only just started in last month, player rating like 200,000 (prestige 8000 because of how fast they can earn and Max out a 5* champ), into an Open alliance whose average member rating is near 2,000,000 (prestige 11,000).

Automatic Alliance Suggestion is BROKEN. This started just in the past few days.
