Game freezing

For the past 2-3months I have been experiencing the game in AQ, AW, BG, and even in EQ. Freezing issues, which has costed me to lose battles which in turn has made me use resources that I shouldn't have to use. I live playing this game, vut the constant problems in the game is a issue and Kabam needs to address these thing and get them fix or compensate us for dealing with these issues.
