EOP acceptance Warlock Bugged?

Have been stuck on this fight for half an hour. Tried it thrice with Hercules and once with stealth spidey. Then went in again to take screenshots. Foresight is clearly active in the pics and warlock can only take damage from special attacks but he isn't taking any. Have already spent a lot of revives to clear the first two fights on the path. Is this a bug or am I doing something wrong?

You need to remove his armor. When he has his armor special attacks can't crit.

How is this the second time this fight comes around and people still don't realize you can't crit on specials when Warlock has an armor up....

We all have played this game for some time, and, at least for me, I forget things from time to time.
