AQ Energy issue

I bought an AQ energy refill for 15 units. The units were spent, but I can't use them. The Use button is grayed out. Tried restarting the game, but still doesn't allow me to use the energy.

    I saw someone post something yesterday I think with the same issue of having the button grayed out for energy refills but in AW.

    Think the previous post mentioned they had used one, and then wanted to use ANOTHER one when it didn’t allow them to use that 2nd one.

    Is Applejack case at top here also same ? (used one OK, but then bought a 2nd one and was not allowed to do a 2nd one, like maybe they are limited to just 1 each day ??)

    You are correct about that AW one having the additional factor but I just brought it up because it seems like it might be related that in the span of a couple of days there have been reports of both of the 2 new mode small energy refills not working the way it seems they should.

    I don't recall ever seeing or hearing about any limits to them and have personally used 2 AQ refills at 1 time before and still had the option to use more pop up every time I moved and was out of energy when I stopped. Since it is so hard to get acknowledgement of issues from Kabam I figured if they read this thread (since I can't recall if the other thread was here or in General) maybe they will see it has been mentioned as both AQ and AW.
