X-23 no longer a #Thunderbolt

Why is X-23 no longer a #Thunderbolt? Doesn't make sense when most of her synergies are with other #Thunderbolt members. When did this happen?

Annoying that they would do such an overhaul here but not touch the #Guardians tag when they only had The obvious ones (SL/Groot/Drax/Gamora/Rocket) plus Agent Venom, and now Mantis.

Angela, Nebula, Yondu, Cosmic Ghost Rider, heck even Captain Marvel, Nova, and Kitty Pryde COULD have Guardians tags. At least SOME of them, especially considering the majority of these have very few existing tags.

The answer is as simple as correcting a mistake.
Because she has never joined any incarnation of the Thunderbolts.
