Cannot use rank up gem on non basic poll champions

Hi, I just wanted to use my 3-4 and 4-5 rank up gems on 5* Mantis and I can’t do it. It’s not shown as a possibility to use it on her. I find out it’s the same isssue for Attuma. it works for other champions as seen on the images.

iPad 4th generation, game and iOS is latest version.

It’s a 2016 gem, you can only use it on champs released that year. Attuma and Mantis were released in 2022.

What versions of Rankup Gems are they.
The one you show for Skill 3->4 available for Black Panther is specifically listed as a *2016 Champ only* Gem.
Meaning it can only be used for a 2016 Released champ. Not on Mantis or Attuma, who were not released in 2016.
