Feature 6* Crystal disappear

Kabam today 1 feature Crystal just got disappeared. Can someone help me to raise a ticket. Please

    Tried restarting the game too, still can't see it.

    Was it showing that you had enough (15,000) for a Feature under the PREVIOUS Feature Champ Set.
    And you thought that it would remain present (with the Previous Featured Set) until you go to open it, as the Prior crystal, even though the New Featured Crystal set came out ?
    No, only the New Feature would be there now.

    Or did you maybe actually spend the 15,000 to lock-in a Prior Set Feature, but did NOT actually open it at that time ?
