    He did not. My Nebula works fine. Well, at least her SP1

    The display shows Power Drain yet no power is drained from the opponent.

    While I agree that it shouldn't say Power Drain when it doesn't drain anything, the problem is that you aren't trying it while they have shock debuffs active. Try it with shock up and see what we mean.

    They should program it such that the Power Drain message will not appear if there is no Shock debuff on the opponent.

    There's no point in displaying Power Drain in this scenario.
    It should only be displayed if there's actual power drain.
