Unblockable ability vs. Unstoppable

Simple question really, can unstoppable opponents block unblockable attacks? First noticed it last month vs. QS with my Hulkling and just got smashed by Juggs in EQ

    They take the damage but ignore the pushback of said attack.
    Basically, hitting a wall.

    All you have to do is intercept Jugg with a light or medium when he is unstoppable and you become unstoppable.

    Also make sure you intercept once you fill a bar of power so you can place a power sting on him. Otherwise he takes 90% less damage.

    Unstoppable opponents can't block unblockable attacks but they can counter you instantly.
