    Hey @PowerOfACandle, we're always working to make improvements in an effort to reduce the likelihood of connection issues occurring. However, there are many network paths, devices and connections between the phone or tablet you're using to play the game and our servers. Unfortunately, this means there will be times where issues like this occur because of factors which are outside of our control.

    In an effort to improve your connection, I recommend going through the various troubleshooting steps in the relevant article below.

    - Android Troubleshooting
    - iOS Troubleshooting

    If those steps don't help, you may wish to reach out to your mobile carrier or Internet service provider for further assistance.

    We'd also appreciate it if you could take a moment to report your concerns about this by providing the requested information in one of the dedicated threads below.
