1) Which champ has the longest lasting bleed debuffs/and or can increase the length (without a mastery)?

2) who does the most bleed 🩸 damage per tick?

Anyone with infinite duration bleeds have the longest duration.

As for the damage per tick, its most likely Domino. This considreing just one single bleed debuff and not multiple one's

Nick fury and red mags have some very nice bleed damage. But its easier to do more damage with nick's bleeds

Then furies bleeds are because of his fury. They're still bleeds. Having a damage modifier doesn't make it not a bleed
