Potential Delay to v44.1 Launch

We are currently working through some issues that may affect the release window of v44.1. This means that the update may not release on Monday as it usually does. 1) Which champ has the longest lasting bleed debuffs/and or can increase the length (without a mastery)?

2) who does the most bleed 🩸 damage per tick?

    Nick fury and red mags have some very nice bleed damage. But its easier to do more damage with nick's bleeds

    Then furies bleeds are because of his fury. They're still bleeds. Having a damage modifier doesn't make it not a bleed

    When did i say that? And i said she isn't reliable. Still the strongest
