Server issues and frequent disconnections have become rampant for a few weeks!

In all sections of game, whether starting a fighting or moving from 1 screen to another, the dreaded red gear is coming up and it is taking a long waiting time to continue!!!
What's going on guys?

    Hey @Amanda_Cruze, we're always working to make improvements in an effort to reduce the likelihood of connection issues occurring. However, there are many factors which can cause these to happen and unfortunately, some of those are outside of our control.

    In an effort to improve your connection, I recommend going through the various troubleshooting steps in the relevant article below.

    - Android Troubleshooting
    - iOS Troubleshooting

    If those steps don't help, you may wish to reach out to your mobile carrier or Internet service provider for further assistance.

    We'd also appreciate it if you could take a moment to report your concerns about this issue by providing the requested information in one of the dedicated threads below.
