Unless you have the right cosmic champ you can't parry her. At rank 2 in she wont be high on anyones battleground roster but she's a great defender who can take 80+ seconds to beat if they can bait heavies

Imma be honest chief, she ain't that great (atleast rn). She has a unique set of abilities; non contact basic attacks, passive shocks, untouchable on heavy, high block prof, doesn't crit (but has access to guaranteed crits if u need them), etc. But her dmg takes a while to get going and isn't very impressive.

Once she does ramp up though, she is easy enough to maintain and can cycle massive sp3s. But probably only viable in long fights.

As for her sig, she gets the ability to block unblockable special attacks (only awakening needed for this, sigs not required) and extra perfect block chance on each armour up passive. Her sig seems to scale quite linearly from 0% to 5% perfect block chance per armour up passive. (You can build upto 20 passives, so 0% - 100% perfect block chance at max stack)

Her non contact basics are pretty nifty, but she isn't great against korg or even electro (both of those champs are immune to shock, which is shuri's main source of dmg), which is kinda disappointing.
