A Solution to the Victory Track

Hi Kabam, I'm not sure if you've thought about this yet, but in my opinion there's a pretty simple solution to Paragon and high level throne breaker players frustration with the way the victory track currently works. Essentially there are 2 potential way for matchmaking to work in the current iteration of BGs, that I'm aware you have the resources to do.
1 - match players based on their deck rating/prestige
2 - match players based off their account prestige
A third option is to simply have random matches, where you are just matched with someone in the same tier as you, with no other factors taken into consideration.

Currently, the victory track operates based off the second option in order to dissuade players from sandbagging. This works at the lower levels of the victory track, as it prevents lower level accounts from being bullied into losing from very early on, however has the downside of giving lower level accounts a much easier path to the gladiator circuit.
I believe the ideal way battlegrounds operates would involve many active players reaching the gladiator circuit, or at least getting very close to it, with the higher level accounts actually spending time in the gladiator circuit, fighting for the best rewards. If you interpolate from option 2 to option 3 over the course of the victory track, we would get the following effect in theory.
In bronze, silver, and some of gold, the significant weight of the matchmaking process would be given to account prestige. Thus, lower level accounts would have an easier time in picking up their initial rewards and high level paragons will have a more difficult time pushing in the beginning, but nearly every skilled paragon player should be able to reach gold tiers without too much trouble. Then over the course of going from gold to platinum to diamond, the matchmaking system would weigh prestige less and less, valuing the randomness of matching with someone else at the same tier as you more. Thus, the paragon players currently whining about having a hard time reaching the gladiator circuit would experience what they desire at the higher tiers of the victory track before the real fight for the best rewards comes in the gladiator circuit, while lower level accounts will have the natural difficulty progression that is currently intended for the victory track.

Upsides to this: Lower level accounts will experience a natural difficulty progression over the victory track. Higher level accounts will have an easier time making it to the gladiator circuit.

Downsides to this: Higher level accounts won't have a natural difficulty progression over the victory track. Lower level accounts may get stuck in diamond tiers, matching a higher rate of paragon players. - My response to this last point is that lower level accounts shouldn't be getting the same quantity of rewards as higher level accounts with ease anyway.

There is no victory shields in this solution so it is crappy. How Kabam will make profit where there is no monetization? Current solution is perfect.
    Ps: sarcasm

This is unfortunately true, but I'm willing to bet that any matchmaking solution that doesn't have a kabam monetization item built in will be denied immediately.

    Two.

    1. There's a fourth option for match making you haven't mentioned, which is the one used in the Gladiator circuit (and for that matter, in Alliance War). And that is matching by ELO rating, which is a rating calculated based on your wins and losses (that's basically what war rating is).

    2. More thoughts.
