6* rank 4 recommendation

Looking for recommendation for my next 6* rank 4 .
I have 6* rank4 awakened Dr Doom, Scorpion and Hulking.
Hercules seems like a no-brainer but I wonder if he is good enough at rank 3 that I should consider another rank up.
I don't have a great Skill option. Ghost is a good Tech option but I'm not that great a player with Ghost. Appreciate your thoughts.
