    Apple iPhone X - iOS 16.3, Wi-Fi
    Game Version 38.1
    Story Quests
    6* Quicksilver 4/55 200
    No boost
After an active game for 2-3 hours, the game starts to work more slowly, and the load between battles is longer, before the battle starts, friezes, icons of Boosts / Champions / Specials, etc. are not reproduced (as in the screenshot), plus the fact that the phone heats up also affects the load on performance.

I think this has more to do with your phone than the game. The Iphone X only has 3gb of ram. On other Iphone models when the ram gets overloaded the phone shuts the game down to clear all memory.
The heating up, slowing down and lag of certain items/icons ingame seems like a memory problem where the phone is removing things from memory and not being able to load new data.
Why your phone does not shut the app down when it overloads, I have no clue.
But this is not something the creators of this game can do anything about. Other than making it more VERY LOW RAM friendly. Which in itself will cause slowing down for a ton of other users by needed to load certain things from somewhere else than the RAM instead.

TLDR: Your phone has too little RAM for the game to keep working properly after a certain amount of time. A simply shut down and start will solve all problems. It has nothing to do with the game.

If you’re getting 2+ hrs of play before it starts doing that, you’re better off that a lot of others are.

Whether it be Memory Leaks, or other such resources around memory, cache, storage, etc, performance will slowly decay over some time.

It's best to get in the habit of always just close/reopen the game every xx arena matches, or every xx quest paths. (amount of them may be different for everyone)
And especially before jumping back to critical areas like AW/AQ/etc, after having been in game for a while.

BattleGrounds also tends to eat up resources quicker than other content, and may need restarting game much more often.

Actually, this isn't necessarily correct. There have been problems in the past related to memory leaks and other resource contention problems, most (but not all) of which the devs did eventually address. So it is possible that the OP is experiencing those kinds of issues.

I do not believe that the game currently requires iPhones with more than 3GB of RAM. However, it is possible that model phone is old enough that the game and/or the Unity platform is stressing it harder than desirable. This could cause performance issues as well as resource management issues.

@Seenk I would recommend force closing and restarting the game client about every hour or so, given your problem report. In the past when there were troublesome memory leaks, proactively restarting the game client would prevent both the weird fragmented screens as well as very laggy performance from interfering with game play. This won't fix the problem, but it may make the game more problem-free during play until a fix arrives.
