Incursions Invitation Bug?

in Bugs and Known Issues
I wanted to invite a friend but he had to go so I decided to go solo a threat level but I can't select a threat. The invitation won't decline no matter what I do. If I click " solo " it'll put me into a threat 1 sector 1. please help

    Did you try EXIT out of Incursions screens, and then go back in.
    That should probably cancel any pending “find a partner” status, no matter whether request is with Friends or Random person.
