Reset Password Link not Working

Hi, I trying to rest my password on my mcoc login. It keeps saying it is sent but I don't get the email in junk or anything. Anyone know why? I am making sure i type the right email everytime

    Is it actually the email address attached to your account ?

    If you are using that Password Reset Submit Form, but telling Kabam a different email to send the reset code to, compared to the email that is linked to your account, that could be why you aren’t getting any email sent.

    The Submit form should probably be designed so that it would say (email not found, or not valid), but plenty of other websites would just act like it is successfully send but not actually send one if that email was not found in their system. So that someone (a hacker) couldn’t just sit down and “script-wise” try entering in a ton of different emails, just to see what emails are actually assigned to accounts (and then further try to break just those with trying script generated repeated password attempts. This way a hacker would not know what emails are valid or not in Kabam’s system.

    I am doing it through the game forgot password button and it is typed right
