Ticket reply time

Does anyone know how long it takes Kabam to reply to a ticket? I’m super eager to complete Act 7.4.6 but I don’t wanna use any resources on my account incase Kabam can help with a problem I had. Thanks everyone.

    I accidentally bought a 600 unit offer after I opened a crystal. It was one of those pop up offers.

    The shortest I've seen kabam respond is like an hour, the longest I've seen is like 3-5 days. Just depends on what it is and how stacked their queue is.
