I recived 2 prizes as compensation but I Can't claim, how can I solved?

    There were multiple sets of those rewards sent out, first ones contained an error in reward items making them unclaimable.

    They sent out a corrected set later on (but first ones may or may not have been removed from your inbox/stash). Or maybe still in process of finalizing the re-issuing of claimable set for some people still (?)

    Either way, the older ones can not be claimed, and will eventually just go away. You will only be able to claim the final (valid) set of rewards.
