You WON'T be able to claim *those* rewards.

That was one of the erroneous rewards sets, with empty item, that can not be claimed.

They have either sent you out a corrected set of rewards already (maybe you claimed those already without realizing they were the replacements), or maybe you are still on a list of those they still have to get to as far as sending corrected rewards out to.
