Our season Rank was down from Gold 3 (rank 1111) to Silver 1 (Rank 95)
Our points were 3.8Mil + now it shows 3.4Mil
Please check.

    Kabam only docks points whenever someone in the alliance was modding or piloting

    Give us name at least who modded if that the case they identified.
    If not fix the issue.

    It's been this way for many years, they are not going to change it just because you asked. Also, the mods can't even do anything. You would need to submit a ticket but most likely it is what the others already said, and no, they won't give you a name.

    However, watch alliance activity feed, if you don't see someone login for a few days, well, there's your answer.
