Starlord heavy bug

If you counter using heavy with starlord, his 2nd hit of his heavy is blocked by the opponent.

    There's probably something wrong with most champs' heavy attacks now. Winter Soldier and Captain Marvel just to name a few can now use Special Attacks while getting hit by a heavy, such as a heavy from Daredevil HK for example.
