next season of AW prep - are the new bans/globals announced?

I didn't think it was long after the end of the previous season that the next season was announced. Did I miss it?
Who knows, maybe I just need to wait a few hours / will come out later today.
I just ask because we have a large shuffle going on in our alliance / going to take a bit more time than normal to plan defenders, and with rank of event coming... be nice to know which defenders we might want to target ranking up.
Giving the announcement for the next few BG season was awesome, and really hoping something similar can happen for AW.
