Is it possible to do a legends run on Android? And how much of a disadvantage is it compared to ios?

Depends on your android, if you're on a more financially friendly device like the A series, then no. If you're on a flagship like the S22, then you should be fine.

I tried this month on a Samsung Flip 3 and my time was around 4 hours.

A lot of proper androids have roughly the same loading times as iphones these days. Even some lower end devices. My Motorola edge 20 has the same 3 second loadtimes as my ipad does.
Not many devices get better times than 2,5 to 3 second inbetween fights.

What iPad you have?
My 5th gen iPad has an average of 3sec loading times nowadays.
It used to have 1-1.5sec when it was new.
It’s about half the loading time, surely a huge advantage for someone attempting a Legend run.

Took 3:57 in one acc and 4:15 in another.

I think it's the same cpu as the flip 3? So should be alright, so long as the top 100 times don't change.
