This guy DustStage can't be found on the normal search feature, but he's #7 in Canada for hero rating total, while also being #11, and has a champion that to my knowledge is just, impossible to get? No way to report the account, and he's been there for like 4+ days now.

Profile was already pointed out in an earlier post (people who also thought it was a real player Acct)
And YES, someone snapped a shot during actual fight (Duel) they did against him.
Was only available to be seen on Canadian leaderboard list.
