May i have old rewards?

Kabam, I had an ongoing ticket, closed now, that was unfulfilled. I am requesting that the 15 months i was away from the game, due to the theft of my phone and loss of apple ID, and incarceration, I as an active player still receive some of the rewards missed due to those issues. I am not sure what those rewards look like I just want to be able to stay competitive at a level of that which I was then. As my loyalty to kabam over the past five years has shown I too would love reciprocal consideration.

The forums mods won’t be able to help with that. However, there’s no way they’d be able to give you rewards that you may have missed out. While life situations may have happened, you weren’t here to participate in the earning form the rewards, so they can not just give you items that you may or may not have earned.

I don’t want to lack sympathy for your situation, but how would that be fair to the players that played for those rewards? Easy answer, it wouldn’t be fair and it’s a bit of a ridiculous ask. Kabam isn’t responsible to anything outside of their game and you missed rewards because of your life circumstances. Only way to catch up is to put in the work, which really isn’t too difficult at this current stage of the game if you were actually a competitive player before. Good luck.

Is op trolling or is this a serious request?!

If serious then op can also write a letter to a random job and asking them to pay him for his time incarcerated even though he wasn't working there but say he's used their services before so they should give him 15 months of salary.
