The summoner leaderboard has a bunch of people missing/removed.

I was just looking and realized I moved up 90 spots on the leaderboard. So this is the effect of the ban wave. Do the people show back up once their suspension is complete? This also might be some kind of mistake as a few highly known names are missing.

Had happened in the recent past too.
For some reason around half the accounts are missing from the leaderboard and your ranking shows higher than it really is.
I’m not gonna lie, I took screenshots of my account placing 2807th in global TBHR ranking 😂

Those who get banned usually dont show up in the leaderboards.

Since very few people I was looking at last week even had a 2nd champ at Max 6* (rank 5), most in upper charts still seem to only have 1 of them so far,
how did someone (ref: above) already have 4 of them ?

(and can’t be sure if I recalled correctly, but later seemed to have a different Max 6* in their profile later too, which would mean total of 5 of them ??? could be mistaken on that though, so just focus on 1st comment about having 4 of them)

Was there some special event than only 1 person qualified for such additional resources to take another up to Max, compared to anyone else below top spot ??

Otherwise, you'd think that someone could at best be 1 champ ahead of everyone else (the first to reach some threshold of enough resources to take someone else up prior to other players following soon after) ??

There was the gifting event that gave those top spenders a big leg up in obtaining those resources early. Obviously the 4-5 Carina Challenge gem. The paragon daily deals plus the stamp card selector. But the quickest accumulation is getting those top spots in AW and especially AQ.
