Anyone else having this problem in their alliance

What does this mean I've seen multiple alliances with the same problem is it a bug or is it something else

    If you tap their actual profile, it will show their Rating, even though rating shows as “—“ in Alliance roster page.
    There is someone else listed same way too, and off for 2 days. Could it maybe be a ban ?

    I’ve only seen that “—“ for a player's name before (not their Rating), and in that case means they’ve been away for 500-ish days and their “Name” has been made available for new players to use.
    But that is not your case here.

    I've just seen it in my alliance. 2.8m rated player with a dash instead.

    Yep, just seen we have one member appearing like this. It would be good to confirm if this is a visual bug or if this is how permanent bans are being displayed so we know for sure we can kick these members.

    @Marvelfan30 I went into the game and searched your alliance and everything was looking normal from my view. I would guess that this is just an intermittent visual bug with the update.

    I show one of your officers as a blank rating, but the previous member is now showing correctly. Maybe it is related to the recent update?

    Lost 10 percent of my alliance today due to this glitch. Long-time officers without bans locked out.

    We have a players rating showing like this and they haven't been on since so do we assume theyve been banned? Maybe why kabam hasn't responded
