So I’ve never saved up 100 questing crystals and when I did to trade in, I got 2 T5 basic ISO. Is that normal? Hell I’ve opened 50 and have gotten small energy refills, T1-T3 basic iso and units. Somehow trading in 100 question crystals is a sham…

    Yes that is normal, it just takes what you would have gotten and multiplies it by 100 instead of doing 100 openings

    I always open them individually. There is a significantly small chance at the 1,000 unit jackpot, but for the most part it is worse to trade them in. The bare minimum for opening 100 crystals would be 7,500 total iso if all you got were iso, but you would probably see a few units, some small energy refills and some tier 2 and 3 iso chunks here and there as well. The trade in is commonly a loss.
