Whats really the benefit of a legends title?

I made it to zone 22 last night and quit. Just wanted to test the waters, but ultimately decided obtaining a legends title isn't worth what it comes with: expectations and jealousy.

Either you'll now be expected to lead the charge in aw, and fight like a god every time. As everyone watches you like a hawk.
Or ppl with crab mentality will automatically assume you're an incursions hacker, and either report you and/or kick you.

It brings unwanted attention and expectations, and for what? A fancy profile pic and bolded chat? Lol. I also think the legends run each eq should be at all levels. Kind of funny someone can become a legend by exploring the 2 difficulties meant for beginners. Good connection/phone, full boosted and one hitters like Hit Monkey or Colossus. Not a legendary feat imo

Anyhoo, thats my speal, probably will be kicking myself in the near future for choosing not to get it, at almost the finish line

i think its the 6* awakening gem that really matters, anything under 1000 units is worth the trouble. bragging rights just comes after. most people are just using herc or angela, to reduce the amount of resources used. hence why its not ideal to spend anything over 1000 units just to complete it.

Used to be Bragging rights but the title became quite meaningless once it was made available for exploration of 2 lower difficulties fast. I felt getting it in incursions is still a bigger feat than from EQ but instead of playing the game for 3 hours straight burning through energy refills , you are burning through units or revives if there is a bad node combo.
But legends title is just for collection purposes now. The title that is exclusive now remains mythic that only 5 people in the game have atm because there was a merc problem during I don’t quite remember that it was in one of the chapters of act 7 and there might be a time when it comes back but I don’t think it’s coming back anytime soon.
Also I’ll say you made a big mistake quitting out at zone 22 because you deliberately left r4 mats, sig stones and AG crystal that matter more than legends title.
Also no one expects more from people who have legends title 😂; incursions made it so common that little value it had is also now lost.

I wish it can be disabled.
I liked being an average anonymous in Global chat. Now it just reeks attention.
I did zone 25 runs before, and I'll do them again each month. The title feels not worth it.

And the legendary accounts with 5*s on their profile are still roaming around.
I have not seen a single person, who got carried by a cheater, stripped of this title.

No real benefit from the legend title but I like the look of it on my profile. So yeah it's for your own amusement. If you don't get it there's nothing you're missing out on.

The title isn't the real reward. You should have pushed through for the AG and mats.

I dont think you made the right decision there. The reasons you gave were pretty light. You get more rewards too for a full push. Unfortunately you will regret your decision in the future.

I did it with a 5* Hercules ( No suicides ) for T4 mats, 6* shards and most importantly, 6* Awakening gem.
The legend's Title was just a bonus for me and I don't care if I have it or not.
I did it with all the free incursion revives we got through danger room and used 200 units at the end.
So, I would say it was worth it because I did it for 200 units.
If we wouldn't have gotten those free revives....I wouldn't even dare to attempt it 😂

You are right. Its definitely not worth it if you have to struggle that hard to get it. Let the real legends carry those burdens.

The title it’s self is just a status thing the r4 material you get and the AG are the biggest benefits of doing the push.

After the Legends fiasco, now, every time I encounter an even slightly suspicious account in battlegrounds that s a Legend, I report it. Last 20 fights I did, all were legends. And I m in Bronze 1.

Title is mostly irrelevant
Gem & R4 mats are the real reward
I pushed this month only bcoz it was easier to reach zone 25 compared to other months
I don't do zone 25 push in sector 9 but did it this time bcoz of items availability & extended hacks
