Silver Surfer Shock Damage

Not 100% sure if this is intended or not, but Silver Surfer takes damage from passive shocks despite his profile saying he takes -100% damage from shock debuffs. I’ve only seen this with shocks from Nimrod but I assume it applies to cold snap/frostbite and incinerate passives as well.
I know debuffs and passives are different, but someone like Omega Red with 1 point in the Coagulate mastery doesn’t take damage from internal bleeds which are passives so I think the same logic should apply to Surfer.

    It's working properly. Omega red reduces ALL bleed damage by 90% so debuffs,passives, instant. Surfer is just debuffs

    Passive shocks are not debuffs. Working as intended.
