Why Is Storm X So Fragile? Less Health Than Viv Vision??

I've seen a bunch of people talking about how low of a health pool Viv Vision has, but Storm X is even lower. ~36k at r4 is crazy low, Viv is at ~37k, but at least has a ton of armor ups and phasing to offset it. So why is Storm X so fragile??

    Maybe because StormX can glance attacks a lot? 🤔
    Despite her low health pool she is a quite descent defender 😉

    Her glancing is nice, but it isn't very reliable like armor or phasing. If she had glancing like Sersi where it's guaranteed, that would be nice. Just seems like her health pool is abnormally low for a champ like her.

    Ideally you don't want to take hits to the face. Her high block prof. will mitigate chip damage from parrying or baiting heavies, and the high special damage means she can end fights really fast, thus minimizing risk and the probability to make any mistakes
