Dear kabam team,
I spent in the last half a year time, money, health and evertithing for his this game.I played verry hard to collect shards for november opening for Aspiring Avenger Crystal.I opened 7 crystals and not just that I did not get Spidey but not even a sub featured champion(which supposed to be pulled if you miss the featured one).So please tell me if this is fair for players like me who dedicated entirely for this game and the result is nothing. My question in this case is whether it is worthwhile to invest in this game?If thats is what I get after months of dedication and hard work?Thank you

That's how the game works
I opened 17 and got 2 spideys and no sub features. Life isn't fair.

And that's why the rest of us are thankful people like you aren't in charge of the game
I'm sorry to hear about your bad luck, but I should point out that the subfeatured champion is not, as you seem to think, the consolation prize for not getting the featured champ. It is actually rarer than the featured champ: best guess testing says the odds of getting the featured are about one in five, but the odds of drawing subfeatured are closer to one in 20.
Think of the 5* featured crystal like a 20 sided die. You need to roll 17, 18, 19, or 20 to get the featured champ. Anything lower gets you a basic champ. So you want to roll high. But there's a special prize if you happen to roll 1: the subfeatured.
That's the best mental model I can give for what's going on with the 5* featured crystal opening.
As to fairness, you have to decide what is acceptable to you. The crystal is random, and everyone has the same chances to win or lose when opening one. In that sense the crystal is fair. But because it is random, some people will get wildly lucky, some will get mediocre results, and some will get horrible results. We won't all get the same thing. In that sense, the crystal isn't equitable: some people will get more value than others.
The crystal is a gamble, and like all games of chance, the golden rule is: don't risk more gold than you are prepared to lose. If you think of the crystal cost as an investment, you will often catastrophically lose that investment. If you think of it as a lottery ticket that you have a good chance to not win, only buy as many as you are prepared to set fire to. If that answer is "none of them" stick to basic crystals.
Also, just because you didn't get what you want, doesn't mean you got nothing. A lot of people post their 5* featured results and think they got rubbish when actually some of the things they pulled are very good champions. They just don't know that because they were solely focused on getting the featured champ, or frankly the people they listen to are idiots.
Maybe you should take stock and see if what you pulled really is genuinely bad. I've seen people claim that Symbiote Spiderman is worthless, X-23 is worthless, Elektra, Yellowjacket, Ultron, Captain Marvel, Storm, Hawkeye, Guillotine, and Beast have all been called rubbish because the player didn't get the featured champ they had their hearts set on. None of those are bad champs. All of them are actually pretty good champs. At least half have been used by players in LoL runs. In a game where random chance operates, you have to be able to play the hand you are dealt.
I hope you mean real actual gold, like those yellow bricks in Fort Knox.
